BILLING DASHBOARD
To go to your Billing Dashboard, click on your Avatar Profile found at the upper right corner of your screen. Afterwards click on Billing/Upgrades tab found at the drop down section.
- Billing Overview
This section provides a comprehensive view of your financial status, including your current balance, balance activity, purchased items, and pricing details. It's also the hub for adding funds to your account and activating Auto-Recharge to ensure uninterrupted access to usage-based services like SMS or phone calls. - Subscriptions
This is your go-to place for managing your current subscription status, reviewing your account balance, and conveniently adding your card to purchase credits for your account. - Payment Method
A payment method is a means or mechanism by which individuals, businesses, or organizations make financial transactions to pay for goods or services. It provides a convenient and secure way to transfer funds from one party to another. - Invoices
An invoice serves as a formal request for payment and provides a detailed breakdown of the products sold or services rendered, their quantities, prices, and the total amount owed. This is where you track your sales, accounts receivable, and facilitating transparent financial transactions between parties. - My Service Usage
This the section where you can see a summary or an informative presentation of the usage and consumption of services, particularly in the context of telecommunications, software, or other service-based industries. This overview provides essential insights into how services are being utilized. - Add A New credit Card
This hyperlink will allow you to add a new credit card into your account that will serve as your payment method.
