How to go or open your account at NexLvL Social media Tool.
STEP 1: From your dashboard home tab click the drop down button fount at the upper right corner of your screen alongside with your display photo.
Once dropdown button is click you will see the following:
WORKSPACE USERS : This is where you can see all your fellow users
You can designate multiple administrators and moderators for your account. Admin users have the following privileges:
- Adding, editing, and deleting user accounts.
- Approving posts on social networks, even if they are not assigned as the approving authority for those posts.
- Granting approval for all campaign submissions.
Moderation Responsibilities
Each account is assigned a single moderator. Moderators are responsible for approving customer photo, video, and text campaign submissions. There are three levels of security settings for moderation, which can be adjusted in the Account Settings within the Account section.

Please be advised that some of these integrations needs various infomation in order for it to coonect with the platform such as API Key, API URL, Client ID, Authorization codes, and other several informations to confirm integrations identity.
USER PREFERENCES: Involves your information as a user, this is where you also set some settings such as Time Zone, Date Format, and Default Report View. You can also do some modifications in this section such as changing or updating a new password and changing your profile image.
