Correcting Incorrect Answers in Your AI Chatbot
If you encounter incorrect responses from your AI Chatbot and wish to improve its accuracy, follow these steps:
Step 1: Begin by accessing your NexLvL Account Dashboard and click on "AI Chat Bot" located on the left-hand side of your screen.
Step 2: Once you're in the AI Chatbot Dashboard, navigate to the "AI Chatbot" tab located in the upper section of your screen.
Step 3: Choose the specific Chatbot that you want to train and refine.
Step 4: To correct responses, either click on the pencil icon located on the right-hand side of the page or select the Chatbot's name that requires correction.
Step 5: Within the Chatbot settings, click on the "Bot Training Data" tab.
Step 6: To address incorrect responses, either click on the specific data that needs correction or click the "+Add" button to introduce new training data for your bot to learn from.
Step 7: Upon completion, this will prompt a pop-up box for a new integration.
Step 8: Choose the type of integration you want your bot to learn.
Step 9: For example, select "Question & Answer."
- A. Enter the question you want your bot to learn or the question you want to correct.
- B. In the answer section, provide the accurate response you want your bot to understand.
Step 10: Click "Submit" once you've finished providing the necessary information.
Step 11: Now, click on the newly added data.
Step 12: Initiate the training process by clicking "Start Training" to educate your bot using the new training data.
